Duties
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massages, and body treatments with precision and care
- Apply makeup with creativity and attention to detail for special occasions or daily wear
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout all procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport, listening actively, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance service quality
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of diverse treatments performed confidently
- Proficiency in makeup application for various styles and occasions
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty therapy practices
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a team
