Martin Industries Group is one of the UK's leading distributors of air conditioning, refrigeration and indoor air quality products. For over 20 years, we have supplied major wholesalers, contractors and commercial customers throughout the UK and internationally.
We are now looking for two enthusiastic, motivated and energetic people to join our expanding team. Previous experience in our industry isn't essential—we're looking for the right attitude, intelligence and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
This is a varied role where you'll become involved in almost every area of our business, including:
- Providing pre-sales product advice and technical guidance.
- Supporting customers after purchase with technical queries.
- Building relationships with wholesalers, distributors and trade customers.
- Processing customer orders accurately.
- Managing returns and warranty enquiries.
- Arranging parcel and pallet deliveries.
- Using our ERP, accounting and logistics systems.
- Managing emails and customer correspondence through Outlook.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries.
- Learning our extensive product range and recommending the right solutions.
- Supporting exhibitions, trade shows and customer events.
- Delivering customer product demonstrations and training (after full training).
- Working alongside every department to develop a broad understanding of the business.

Previous sales, customer service or office experience would be an advantage, but attitude and potential are far more important than experience.
