We are seeking a skilled and experienced DIY Handy Person to join our team. Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our property. The ideal candidate will have strong DIY knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Make necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Painting, decorating and general home improvements
- Ensuring the yard is kept tidy
