We are seeking motivated paralegals to join our residential property team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and build your career within a growing, full-service law firm.
Based in the heart of Brighton's historic Lanes, our office is around a 15-minute walk from Brighton Station and moments from the seafront.
You will support our solicitors and conveyancers across all stages of residential property transactions, assisting with file management, preparing documents, liaising with clients, conducting searches and coordinating with agents, lenders and other third parties.
Our residential property team acts for a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers and home movers to landlords and property investors, providing exposure to a varied and interesting caseload.
With support and training from experienced colleagues, you will be encouraged to take on greater responsibility as your experience develops.

Key requirements:
- Law degree or experience within residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience using a case management system would be advantageous
