asset management and development business with a diverse portfolio of commercial,
mixed-use and operational real estate assets.
With over 150 tenants and an active pipeline of acquisitions, asset management
initiatives, refurbishments and development projects, we are entering an exciting phase
of growth and are looking for an ambitious Investment & Asset Manager to help drive the
business forward.
This is a unique opportunity to join a founder-led business at a pivotal stage in its
journey. Working directly alongside senior leadership, you will have significant
autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on both asset
performance and the future growth of the business.
The Role
This is a broad and varied role encompassing asset management, investment, and
project delivery across our growing portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving asset performance through lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings and occupier engagement.
- Identifying and delivering value-add opportunities across the portfolio.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and investment appraisals.
- Overseeing refurbishment, repositioning and development projects from inception through to completion.
- Managing consultants, contractors and professional advisers.
- Preparing business plans, cash flow forecasts and performance reporting.
- Supporting the wider strategic growth of the business.
About You
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and entrepreneurial,
with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
You will have:
- Experience in commercial property investment, asset management, agency or surveying.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Excellent commercial, financial and analytical skills.
- Experience managing projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
MRICS qualification, investment experience and exposure to development or refurbishment projects would be advantageous.

- Droitwich WR9 8PL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
