We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Total Clean team at Kirby Academy, Kirby Cross, Nr Frinton on Sea
This is a term time role, working 11.25 hours per week (3.15 - 5.30pm Mon - Fri) plus deep cleans in the school holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the site
- Cleaning classrooms, changing rooms, halls, toilets and communal areas
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
- Wipe down and sanitise contact areas and surfaces
- Empty bins and replace bin bags
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to Total Clean company policies and regulations
Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
You will require an Enhanced DBS check for this role.
