The Street Diner is a fast-growing street food catering company operating across multiple Center Parcs locations nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, fast-paced street food with a strong focus on consistency, service, and standards.
We’re now launching a new site at Whinfell Forest and are looking for a reliable, experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of this location.

### The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our street food truck and event space, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and strong team performance.
This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who thrives in a busy catering environment and can lead from the front.

### Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operation of the site on a daily basis
- Manage and lead a small team (rotas, training, recruitment)
- Handle stock control and ordering
- Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with local council regulations and food safety laws
- Carry out and monitor temperature checks and record keeping
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards
- Communicate regularly with the wider operations team
- Coordinate with other Street Diner sites across the UK

- Proven experience in kitchen or catering management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety compliance
- Self-motivated and capable of running a site independently
- Reliable and flexible
