About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Amazon Seller Account Manager to join our growing e-commerce team. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our Amazon seller account across FBA, FBM, and Dropshipping models, driving product listings, inventory coordination, PPC campaigns, and overall performance.
This role is remote-friendly, meaning you can work from anywhere in the UK. However, candidates based in London are preferred for occasional team meetings. Applications from other cities are also encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account across FBA, FBM, and Dropshipping
Create and optimise product listings, including keywords, titles, bullet points, and images
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for FBA and FBM to avoid stockouts or overstocking
Coordinate with dropshipping suppliers to ensure timely order fulfilment and tracking updates
Set up and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
Track key metrics: ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, ODR, buy box percentage, and dropshipping fulfilment rates
Handle customer reviews, feedback, and account health notifications
Work with logistics and supplier teams to ensure seamless dropshipping operations
Conduct competitor research to identify market trends and opportunities
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account across FBA, FBM, and Dropshipping models
Proven experience with Amazon PPC, flat file uploads, and inventory management
Strong understanding of Amazon’s A9 algorithm, SEO, and listing optimisation
Experience coordinating with dropshipping suppliers and fulfilment processes
Candidates with proven dropshipping experience will be preferred
Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp (preferred)
Excellent analytical and Excel/data skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
