Duties
- Deliver expert hairdressing services, including colouring, cutting, styling, and specialised treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and client enquiries.
- Upsell products and services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Mentor and support junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
- Assist with store management tasks such as stock control, cleanliness, and maintaining health & safety standards.
- Conduct consultations to recommend suitable treatments and styles based on individual preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
- Demonstrable expertise in store management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in administrative roles within a salon setting is advantageous.
