Early Years Educator – Hastings
We are delighted to offer exciting opportunities for qualified Early Years Educators to join our dedicated team at our Hastings nursery.
At Artemis, we are committed to supporting and developing our staff, recognising that a confident, skilled, and valued team is fundamental to delivering outstanding early years education and care. We invest in your continued professional development throughout your career with us, ensuring you have the opportunities and support to thrive.
The wellbeing, safety, and development of every child are at the heart of everything we do. We are passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and caring practitioners who are passionate about early years education and enjoy creating engaging, fun-filled experiences for children every day. We believe that learning should be joyful, and our nursery is a place where laughter, creativity, and meaningful relationships are part of everyday life.
As a Key Person, you will build strong, trusting relationships with your key children and their families, recognising that these partnerships are essential in helping children feel secure, confident, and ready to learn. You will have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to use this knowledge to plan, observe, assess, and support children's individual learning and development.
We use an innovative online learning journal and parent communication platform that enables effective, meaningful communication between home and nursery. The system allows practitioners to share observations, children's progress and next steps, as well as daily information such as meals and sleep routines, reducing paperwork and giving you more valuable time to spend engaging with the children.
We are seeking friendly, committed individuals with experience of working in an early years setting. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is our highest priority. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, and the successful completion of our comprehensive probationary period, ensuring we continue to provide the highest standards of care and education for our children and families.
