Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute elegant floral arrangements tailored for corporate events, ensuring each installation meets client expectations and brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Apply knowledge of seasonal flowers and foliage to ensure arrangements are fresh, innovative, and visually striking.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a corporate florist, with a focus on corporate or event floristry.
- Creative & Design Expertise: Strong creative flair and awareness of current floral and event design trends.
- Floral Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of flowers, foliage, seasonal availability, and proper care and handling techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Organisational Abilities: Time-management. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative setting. Strong sense of organisation and willingness to uphold company directives.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, and early morning starts. Weekend days are included.
