Field Care Supervisor –Leeds & Wakefield

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Care Supervisors to join our Leeds team. You will work within the community to supervise, support, and mentor our care workers, ensuring our standards and values are consistently upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Community supervision — Conduct regular visits to assess and review the quality of care delivered by our carers.
- Service user reviews — Meet with families and social workers to discuss care packages and ongoing needs.
- Customer assessments — Complete initial assessments and risk assessments in customers’ homes.
- New package assessments — Evaluate new care packages and ensure safe, person‑centred delivery.
- Carer supervision — Provide daily guidance, support, and mentoring to care workers.
- Spot checks — Carry out unannounced competency checks and field observations.
- Training identification — Highlight areas where additional training or support is required.
- Assist with supervisory duties across Leeds and Wakefield.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of care experience within the last 3 years (ideally domiciliary care).
- Experience supervising or supporting care workers in the community.
- Team player with a flexible approach.
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable).
- Suitable for Senior Carers, Team Leaders, or Supervisors seeking career progression.
