We are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be sourcing properties throughout London. Must have experience in procuring properties.
Duties
- To source properties in required areas for the business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
- Carry out check ins and check outs.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client relationships simultaneously.
- Have minimum 1 year experience in the property industry.
Benefits
Basic salary on offer; £19,500- £23,500
Commission (OTE- £60k)
