An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented M&A Associate (4–6 PQE) to join the London office of a leading US law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border transactions alongside market-leading partners and an impressive international client base, including private equity sponsors, multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-growth businesses.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity acquisitions and disposals
- Joint ventures
- Corporate reorganisations
- Strategic investments and general corporate advisory work
You will take on significant responsibility from day one while working within a highly collaborative and supportive team.
Requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- 4–6 years’ PQE in Corporate/M&A
- Strong experience gained at a leading international or highly regarded UK or US law firm
- Excellent academic background
- Experience advising on complex cross-border M&A transactions
- Commercial awareness and strong technical drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
