Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant childcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children's development within a nurturing and stimulating environment. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged from birth to five years
- Support children's emotional, social, and physical development through caring and educational interactions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Observe, record, and assess children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication
- Assist in organising daily routines including meal times, play sessions, and rest periods
- Contribute to the planning of curriculum activities that promote early learning and development
- Support colleagues in managing behaviour positively and constructively
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating initiative independently
- Organised with the ability to plan activities that stimulate learning and development
- Compassionate approach with a genuine passion for childcare and supporting young children’s growth

Working hours will be 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Salary will depend on age, experience and qualification.
