About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Services Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of services to our clients and members.
As the central point of contact for service coordination, you will work closely with clients, advisors, and colleagues to ensure services are delivered efficiently, communications are managed professionally, and client needs are met throughout every stage of delivery
Success in this role will depend upon excellent organisation, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to maintain oversight of multiple activities simultaneously.
This is a part-time, hybrid role, with working hours to be agreed upon appointment. Term time only working available.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate the delivery of services for clients, ensuring all activities are planned, communicated, and completed effectively.
· Liaise with clients, advisors, and colleagues to ensure service requirements are understood and delivered.
· Manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries professionally, and arrange meetings and follow-up actions.
· Organise and coordinate training events, both online and in person, including bookings, communications, logistics, and delegate support.
· Maintain accurate CRM records, databases, trackers, and administrative systems.
· Monitor service activity and ensure actions are followed through within agreed timescales.
· Support client engagement through regular communication and excellent customer service.
· Coordinate bespoke services and maintain accurate records of delivery and usage.
· Promote relevant services, events, and resources where they support client needs.
· Gather client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes.
· Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of services and internal activities.
Personal Attributes and Experience
· Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
· Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, partners, and colleagues.
· Proactive and able to work accurately and diligently to deliver high standards of service and complete tasks thoroughly and on time.
· Confident using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Forms and Excel, CRM systems, and other business software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
· Able to analyse information, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and service value.
· Experience in a client services, membership, administration, or service coordination role.
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
