The Company:
Stream is on a mission to bring better financial wellbeing to frontline workers.
We partner with some of the world’s most famous employers, like Bupa, Burger King, Green King and the mighty NHS to give their teams access to fairer financial services - all built around flexible pay. Over three million people can now choose how often they’re paid, track their shifts and earnings, start saving, use budgeting tools, get free financial coaching, and access fairer financial products. All in one financial wellbeing super-app.
Stream is unique: VC-backed and growing at scale-up pace, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading financial charities and impact funds were our founding investors, and we operate on a social charter - which means every product we build has to improve financial health and reduce the $5.6bn ‘premium’ lower-income earners pay for financial services each year.
You’d be joining a team of over 300 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, proactive, and delivery-focused communications leader to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. Client and stakeholder coordination
Act as a key communications partner during client kick-offs, project check-ins, and strategic handovers.
Partner directly with client lead teams and internal project leads to gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure flawless collateral delivery.
Manage senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on engagement best practice and campaign momentum.
Content and materials
Oversee and produce high-quality, persuasive comms materials, including launch toolkits, presentations, executive briefing notes, and digital copy.
Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all channels and stakeholder touchpoints.
Tracking and continuous improvement
Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, identifying trends, risks, and performance gaps early.
Proactively design and execute pivot strategies or corrective interventions when engagement falls short of client benchmarks.
Collaboration and learning
Stay ahead of industry trends in internal comms, organisational change, and digital engagement techniques.
Refine and scale our internal launch playbooks to continuously improve delivery efficiency and campaign impact.
