We’re looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Spa & Commercial Assistant to join our team at St. M’s Thera Spa, a local Spa at the heart of St. Margaret’s.This is a varied and people-focused role, combining exceptional customer service with sales and commercial opportunities. You’ll be one of the friendly faces our guests and members see, helping to make every visit welcoming, relaxing and special.What you’ll be doingWelcoming and looking after our guests and members.Promoting and selling Spa treatments, experiences and services.Responding to enquiries and following up potential bookings.Building great relationships with our local members and guests.Keeping the Spa clean, tidy and beautifully presented.Checking Spa stock and making sure everything is ready for our guests.Carrying out opening and closing duties and basic Spa checks.Dealing with questions or feedback in a friendly and professional way.Working closely with the Spa team to create a fantastic guest experience.Looking for opportunities to increase bookings and revenue while keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything we do.What we’re looking forYou don’t need years of experience — we’re much more interested in your personality, attitude and ability to connect with people.We’re looking for someone who is:Friendly, warm and approachable.Confident speaking with guests and promoting our Spa.Naturally organised and able to use their own initiative.Passionate about great customer service.Commercially aware and able to spot an opportunity.Reliable, positive and a great team player.Ideally experienced in Spa, hospitality, leisure, retail or customer service, although this isn’t essential.Why join us?You’ll be joining a friendly local team in a beautiful Spa environment, right in the heart of St. Margaret’s.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants a varied role and would love to be part of creating a fantastic experience for our local guests and members.If you’re warm, enthusiastic and enjoy making people feel welcome, we’d love to hear from you!
