Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse customers
- Delivered excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
