Night Care Assistants
Our Home, Pine Tree Court, is a well established nursing home in Gloucester catering for residents with mental health issues. We are looking to recruit an experienced care assistant to join our friendly team of care staff.
The candidate must be able to work efficiently, conscientiously and safely to ensure a high standard of care is provided and maintained. The candidate should have a good understanding of the needs for this client group and be able to prove competency in the basic skills required to care. Excellent communication skills are required for this post.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the efficient operation of the home
-To work as part of a team and give support to other staff, leading by example
- Ensure safe practise, adhering to the home’s policies and procedures
- To enhance and promote the client’s quality of life.
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Pay:12.50
Hours: Shifts are 8 pm to 8 am
Benefits: The company is owned by an Employee Ownership Trust so the successful candidate will be entitled to receive profit share payments annually.
