The Role:
We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Receptionist to join our Reception team at our Head Office in Barrow-in-Furness.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in a professional office environment, gaining valuable hands-on experience whilst working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
As one of the first points of contact for clients and visitors, you will help to provide a professional, welcoming and efficient front-of-house service whilst supporting the smooth running of reception and associated administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, professional and efficient welcome to clients and visitors

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously

Deal with client enquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department

Support the Reception team with day-to-day front-of-house duties

Assist with incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries

Assist with meeting room bookings and preparation of rooms for client meetings

Provide general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying and distributing documentation

Help to maintain accurate records and internal databases, including archive records

Maintain a safe, tidy and welcoming reception and office environment

Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
