Duties

- Oversee merchandising efforts, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Maintain administrative records related to staffing, sales reports, inventory levels, and other operational data.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations preferred.
