Candle Makery is home to a candles supplies brand and three retail brands; Kindred Fires, Mischief Candles & Eym Candles.
At Candle Makery, we believe every candle tells a story. Each one is hand-poured with natural soy wax, beautifully personalised, and sent out to customers around the world to celebrate life’s most magical moments.
We’re a small, passionate team that works across all areas of the production process, meaning no day is the same. We blend craftsmanship, creativity, teamwork and collaboration to create and dispatch gifts that truly wow.
Now we’re looking for confident, creative hand and imaginative minds to join us. This job is to begin ASAP and run until 1st January 2027. The role will see you rotate across all areas from fulfilment, to customer service, and candle production. Getting involved in assisting pouring our candles, packaging all orders and helping our customers, whilst also making sure they all reach their destinations on time and offer that wow factor.
What you’ll be doing:
- Hand-pouring and finishing candles with care (and a bit of magic ✨)
- Applying personalised stickers and labels with precision
- Packing gifts beautifully to create the ultimate “wow” unboxing moment
- Troubleshooting issues for customers making sure any challenges are corrected.
- Keeping our creative workspace running smoothly - replenishing stock, tidying, training, troubleshooting and collaborating with the team.

- A confident individual who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment, who is happy to work across different sectors during the day.
- Bonus points if you’ve studied art, design, or a creative subject — but mostly we want someone who is keen to work hard.
- Somebody who thrives under pressure to meet demands and deadlines.
