Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team for a Saturday lunch and dinner 1030 am till 3pm and 6 till 9 pm and Sunday 11 am till 4 pm in a bustling kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, supporting the culinary team in food preparation tasks, and ensuring a smooth operation within the hospitality setting. Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area - Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks - Handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care - Ensure waste removal and recycling procedures are followed - Support the team during service by helping with dishwashing and cleaning duties - Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting - Basic culinary knowledge to assist with food preparation tasks - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff - Excellent organisational skills to maintain a tidy and orderly kitchen Join our team as a Kitchen Porter and be part of a dynamic culinary environment where your contributions are valued!
