- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, dietary advice, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories.
- Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to assist in designing dental appliances or restorations when applicable.
- Apply knowledge of anatomy and medical imaging techniques to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Skills
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and related medical imaging techniques.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for designing dental restorations or appliances.
- Knowledge of radiographic procedures and safety protocols for taking X-rays.
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively about oral health.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
