Overview:
Baker Ross is a leading supplier of arts and crafts products to schools, organisations and businesses in the UK and internationally, serving both B2B and B2C sectors.
If you are used to working in a high volume, fast paced, ever changing environment, delivering a high-quality service to customers, we are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join our vibrant and dedicated team. This role is part-time, office based, Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm.
Core Responsibilities:
· Handling customer orders, enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, company websites.
· Responding to customer reviews.
· Processing customer refunds and returns including investigative enquiries and taking appropriate action to resolve.
· Liaising with appointed delivery companies and track orders as necessary
· Monitor customer comments and report any recurring issues.
· General administration such as data cleansing.
· Liaising with key departments when necessary.
· Participate on occasional outbound call campaigns.
· Assist the Client Success team by researching and creating lead lists of B2B customers into Excel spreadsheets
· Use AI and other online tools to conduct research
Skills and experience:
· Good telephone manner.
· Confident, proactive personality with ability to prioritise workload.
· Computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Able to compose well written emails
· Previous experience in a busy call centre of an e-commerce business or mail order company would be an advantage.
We are based in Harlow, and we are not close to public transport, therefore you will need to have your own transport.
Salary: £20k per annum (£30k FTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm (Office based)
Pay: £20,000.00 per year
