Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, friendly, and experienced Waitress/Waiter to join our hospitality team on a part-time basis, with the potential for the role to become full-time for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional table service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to a high standard
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by anticipating their needs
- Handle payments and process bills accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and service areas
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Resolve guest queries or concerns professionally and courteously
Requirements
- Previous waiting or hospitality experience is essential
- A confident, friendly, and approachable personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- A positive attitude with a strong team ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods as required
