– Key responsibilities include:

– Offering support to junior staff, including appraisals and professional development plans.
### Requirements
– Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
– Relevant clinical experience with adults who have complex needs.
– Knowledge of occupational therapy frameworks, assessment models, and working with individuals with mental illnesses.
