Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Show Home Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of show homes to showcase their full potential to prospective buyers and visitors. Your energetic approach and dedication will ensure each property is spotless, welcoming, and ready for viewing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to creating impressive first impressions through expert cleaning and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of show homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing all surfaces
- Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas are spotless, sanitized, and presentable at all times
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all rooms, paying close attention to detail in hard-to-reach areas
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and fresh linens as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate team members
- Follow health and safety guidelines consistently to create a safe environment for visitors and staff
- Assist with setting up properties for viewings or special events as required
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on high standards of hygiene
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety procedures
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
