Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to achieve optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness standards according to company policies and health regulations
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures efficiently to maximize productivity
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and in accordance with safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled shifts
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, and lifting
