Job Title: Warehouse Reach Truck Driver
Job Purpose:
To safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve goods within a warehouse while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and stack pallets in designated storage locations.
- Pick and replenish stock according to warehouse orders.
- Perform daily safety checks on the reach truck before use.
- Ensure goods are stored securely and accurately.
- Assist with goods-in and goods-out operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Report damaged goods, equipment faults, or safety hazards.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards.
- Follow company policies and health and safety regulations at all times.
Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
- Valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence/Certificate (e.g. RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
- Right to work in the relevant country (where applicable).
Experience
- Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse.
- Experience with stock control and order picking.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is desirable.

- Safe and confident reach truck operation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
