Tamba Day Nursery is seeking enthusiastic, committed and knowledgeable practitioners to come and join us! We want your skills, your passion, your ideas and plenty of energy.
As Room Leader, you will take on the overall responsibility for your allocated room.
You will monitor all aspects of the room in which you are responsible and to ensure all the following elements are progressing.
Skills needed:
· Excellent communication skills and problem solving
· Inspire, motivate and lead a team
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadline
· Exceptional organisational skills
Duties include;
· Planning, leading and implementing the the Early Years Foundation Stage
· Providing a unique experience for the children that is interactive, fun and warm
· Building strong parent relationships
· Upholding the implementing the nursery policies and procedures
· Safeguarding children at all times
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
· An ability to work in a team
· Commitment and passion
· To enjoy working to the highest of standards
Candidates must be qualified NVQ level 3 or above
First Aid and Food & Hygiene certificates are desirable.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
