Overview
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Senior Administrator to join our fast-growing team at Hudson Kapel Fleet Solutions, helping to provide excellent Customer Service and Vehicle Management to large corporations.
The Client Services Senior Administrator will be responsible for providing a high level of Customer Service, professionalism, and organisation to the department to ensure SLA’s and customers’ needs are met.
You will be someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude, a team player who proactively suggests areas for change and improvement within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with emails and customer queries within a timely manner
- Loading of vehicle movements with logistics suppliers
- Liasing with the Inspection Team and parts suppliers to price up and action vehicle inspection reports for the customer
- Liasing with customers to provide requested information or updating customer systems
- Managing of vehicles VOR to ensure the vehicle has as little downtime as possible and meet customer KPI’s
- Quoting, ordering, receiving in and returning parts as requested
- Monitoring any parts on back order
- Booking windscreens, dealers and processing any other requests from the customers such as recalls, adhoc tasks
- Monitoring of backordered parts, on holds or vehicles offsite/undergoing third party repairs
- Liasing with other areas of the business to ensure vehicles are processed accordingly
- Actioning any upgrades/downgrades of repairs or additional auth vehicles
- Communicating with the customer to distribute Passport Imagery inspections
- Providing relevant information and reporting to other areas of the business such as vehicle releases, pull lists, salvage vehicles
- Internal and external reporting for other employees in the business and customer requirements
- Work with Management to discuss and develop system and site processes and improvements
- Actioning any QC fails or outbound movement failures to ensure a quick turnaround
- Monitor KPI agreements with the customer to ensure these are being met
- Provide a point of initial escalation for the customer
- Monitor internal written procedures to ensure they are kept up to date with any changes made
- Monitoring workloads, supporting the team where necessary

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,839.58 per year
