Oxford Health Research and Development (R&D) Department supports cutting-edge Mental Health and Community research that seeks to improve patient outcomes and care. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Administrator to join our team to provide high-quality administrative support across the Department.
You will be well-organised, flexible, have good attention to detail and be able to manage a varied workload. In return, we offer a friendly and supportive working environment.
Administrative support across the R&D Department, including word processing, document formatting, meeting support and senior diary management.
Attendance at meetings, taking accurate minutes, producing action logs, and distributing key information in a timely manner.
Supporting event planning and coordination (e.g., away days, small conferences).
Day-day management of bespoke and non-bespoke R&D systems (training will be provided)
