Care Manager/Deputy Manager Domiciliary
Harrow, HA3 | £36,000 – £40,000 per year
Full-time | Permanent
This is a chance to take the lead on a domiciliary care service built from real experience, the owners set it up wanting the kind of care they'd want for their own families, and that ethos still runs through how the team operates day to day.
My client is open to a strong Care Manager or Deputy Manager who isn't yet registered. You'd shadow the current manager for 6-12 months while working towards registration, with a confirmed uplift to a full Registered Manager salary once you're registered.
You'd be stepping into an established, well-regarded team with a genuine commitment to person-centred support across the local community, currently supporting around 100 people and growing. The senior management team are approachable and hands-on, and there's real investment in both the people drawing on the service and the staff delivering it.
About Field's Care
Field's Care has been serving Harrow and the surrounding community for over 10 years, delivering more than 2,000 hours of care a week to 100+ clients. The service is CQC-rated Good, with a strong reputation built on genuine, person-centred matching rather than just filling rota slots, reflected in 43+ five-star reviews from families who describe the team as "like having an extended family we can rely on."
Carers are trained across a broad range of specialisms including dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, MS, motor neurone disease, and palliative care, and the service works closely with GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, and hospital discharge teams to coordinate care. Every carer goes through in-depth induction training and ongoing professional development, so you'd be stepping into a team that already takes quality seriously, not one you'd need to build compliance culture from scratch.
