Pro Print Wales is a trading name of Trustmark Design & Print Ltd, a commercial print company covering South Wales. Our Pro Print Wales operation is based in Carmarthen, where we produce high-quality print across a wide range of products for businesses and organisations across Wales and beyond. We're a small, friendly team and we take real pride in the work that leaves our doors.
The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Carmarthen team in a hands-on print finishing role, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
This is a great opportunity to join a hardworking and dedicated team in a fast-paced production environment. The role will focus on all aspects of print finishing — you'll need good time management, a strong work ethic, and the right attitude. All training will be provided, so what matters most to us is that you're willing to learn and give it your all.
The role is part-time at 22.5 hours per week, however there may be occasions during busy periods where additional hours are required. As the business grows, there is potential for the role to become full-time for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating and assisting with finishing equipment
- Checking finished work against quality standards
- Preparing and packing orders ready for dispatch
- Supporting the team with general production tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Comfortable being on your feet and working with your hands
- Good time management in a busy production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods when required
- Must be able to reliably commute to or reside in Carmarthen
- An interest in print, production or graphic design is desirable
- An interest in how things work mechanically — someone who enjoys problem-solving and fixing things
