Responsibilities

- Create a positive, encouraging environment that motivates students to participate actively and build confidence in their abilities.
- Track student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians as appropriate.
- Support students with special educational needs by implementing inclusive teaching strategies and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, attendance, and student achievements to monitor ongoing development.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, or school staff to ensure alignment on student goals and progress.
Skills
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially in mathematics and English at various age levels.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and engage students effectively.
- Experience working with children or young learners, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
- Knowledge of special education strategies to support diverse learning needs.
