What you'll do
As a Support Worker, you'll help people remain independent in their own homes by providing companionship and practical support, including:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Shopping and light household tasks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and dignity
No two days are the same, and every visit makes a real difference.
Pay & Benefits
- £12.71–£14.80 per hour
- Enhanced weekend pay: £13.71–£14.80 per hour
- Enhanced pay on all UK Bank Holidays

Flexible Hours
We understand everyone has different commitments, so we offer flexible working patterns including:
- Full-time
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Full-day shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm
