We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Solo Children's Residential Home supporting a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, and performance of the home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a dedicated residential care team
- Promoting positive outcomes and placement stability
- Maintaining Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
- Creating a nurturing and therapeutic environment
- Supporting staff development and performance
- Managing service quality and continuous improvement
- Building effective relationships with local authorities and external professionals
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Full UK Driving Licence
