Mail Boxes Etc. – up to £28,000 per annum DOE + OTE + pension scheme + yearly bonus + generous staff discount

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Working within one of our London sites (Zone 1), you will support our customer requests with a range of duties including: distributing courier & mail packages, process packages for shipping, providing packing services, tracking documents, recording package logistics through internal systems, operating fax / photocopy / printing and finishing service equipment. You’ll need great sales skills as you’ll be communicating with customers over the phone and email, and you’ll also help support our store managers by ensuring our centres are well maintained, clean and presentable for our visitors. We’re looking for candidates who have a positive energy, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task! You’ll be joining a great team of people, working in a fun and friendly environment! Full training will be given, however previous work experience in packing and shipping area is advantageous (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and TNT) but not essential, so if you are interested in learning more then please submit your CV today!
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:
- A good grasp of Microsoft Office and computer literacy
- Excellent sales skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and strong command of English
- Good work ethic and the ability multi-task
- Ability to work in central London (Zone 1)
- Previous experience working with FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and TNT would be an advantage
- Have a positive energy at workplace and desire to learn
- Have an eye for detail and be a fantastic multi-tasker
- It would an advantage if you have artwork and fragile items professional packing skills
Full training will be given, however previous work experience in packing and shipping area is preferred.
