Glorycrown Healthcare Ltd is an established domiciliary and supported living care agency based in Maidstone, Kent, providing high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes across the county. We are proud of the standards we've built and are now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service day-to-day, allowing our Director to focus on strategic growth and development
The Role
As our CQC Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the delivery of safe, compliant, and outstanding care across our domiciliary and supported living packages. You will lead a committed care team, working closely with our Care Manager, Assistant Manager, and Director to maintain and build on our regulatory and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Hold CQC registration as Registered Manager and act as the regulated individual accountable for service delivery
- Lead on compliance across all Fundamental Standards and CQC Quality Statements under the Single Assessment Framework
- Oversee care planning, risk assessment, and safeguarding across all packages of care
- Manage, support, and develop care staff, including supervision, training, and performance management
- Lead on audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
- Manage staff rotas and ensure safe, consistent coverage for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with commissioners, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support business development and growth alongside the Director
About You
- Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a domiciliary or supported living care setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, including Regulation 17 and the Single Assessment Framework
- Confident leading, motivating, and developing a care team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
