Duration: Initial 12-Month Project
Expected Commitment: Approximately 40 hours per week across retail trading hours, including weekends.Monthly
Earnings: £2,800 (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Performance
Bonuses Realistic OTE: £3,500–£4,500+ per month
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and sales-driven Beauty Advisor / Sales Brand Ambassador to represent an innovative premium hair and beauty brand from a dedicated retail kiosk located within Westfield London, Shepherd's Bush.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, hair styling and customer engagement. You'll represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences through live product demonstrations, personalised consultations and expert recommendations whilst driving sales within one of London's busiest shopping destinations.
Unlike a traditional retail store, this opportunity is based on an open retail kiosk, offering excellent visibility and the chance to proactively engage with passing customers throughout the day. It is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is confident initiating conversations.
Working with an innovative range of premium hair styling tools and complementary haircare products, you'll play an important role in building brand awareness, educating customers and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver engaging live product demonstrations.
-Introduce customers to premium hair styling tools including straighteners, curlers, hair dryers and multi-styling devices.
-Recommend products based on individual customer needs, hair type and styling goals.
-Confidently explain product features, benefits and safe usage.
-Drive daily sales through proactive customer engagement.
-Approach and engage customers passing the kiosk in a friendly and professional manner.
-Process customer sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
-Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and ensure the kiosk remains clean, organised and fully stocked.
-Assist with stock management and inventory checks.
-Support promotional campaigns, product launches and retail activations.
-Collect customer feedback and market insights.
-Provide basic product guidance, aftercare advice and troubleshooting support where appropriate.
-Support the day-to-day operation of the retail kiosk, including opening and closing procedures where required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

-Friendly, professional and approachable. Positive, energetic and self-motivated.
-Well-presented and understands the importance of representing a premium brand.
-Comfortable working independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment.
-Flexible to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Essential Requirements
-Previous experience within retail sales, beauty retail or customer-facing sales.
-Personal experience using hair styling tools such as straighteners, curlers, hair dryers or multi-stylers. Confidence demonstrating products and engaging customers.
-Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Desirable Experience
Applications are particularly welcomed from candidates with experience working within:
-Premium beauty brands Haircare brands Cosmetics Luxury retail Consumer electronics
-Department stores Retail kiosks or shopping centre activations
-Professional hairdressing qualifications are not essential; however, confidence --demonstrating styling tools and advising customers is highly desirable.

Important Information
This opportunity is offered on a self-employed contractor basis. Successful applicants will enter into a contractor agreement and will be responsible for managing their own tax, National Insurance and any other statutory obligations.This opportunity does not create an employment relationship.
