Scandor Landscape Contractors Ltd are a commercially focused landscape construction and grounds maintenance company. We undertake works for a wide range of clients such as schools, business parks and other public sector clients. We have a vacancy for full time Grounds Maintenance operative that we are looking to join our team.
The works will be a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks, namely grass cutting to amenity areas, lawns and sports facilities, hedge cutting, shrub maintenance & sports pitch markings.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team who ideally has had previous experience in a ground’s maintenance environment, but we are happy to consider those without experience but want to move into this sector.
PA1/PA6a, NVQ and Chainsaw qualifications are desirable, but not essential, where required, we will undertake this training to attain those certificates.
A full, clean driving licence is however essential
Successful applications will be subject to a DBS check
Rate of Pay £28,500 - £30,500 dependent upon experience and qualifications
In addition to pay there is a profit share bonus, pension, sick pay and opportunity for significant investment from the company for personal training and development with the ability to attain recognised qualifications.
