Chef – Casa Bianca Restaurants

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join the Casa Bianca family at one of our locations and help take our kitchens to the next level.
The Role
As Chef, you will:
- Work closely with the Area Manager to help improve kitchen standards, food quality, and performance
- Run your section and inspire the younger chefs
- Help manage stock levels, ordering, and food cost control
- Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Help train and develop kitchen staff to reach their full potential
- Deliver authentic Italian dishes with passion and consistency
- Support the continued growth of our family business
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment
- Is confident running their own section
- Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Brings passion, creativity, and pride into every dish
- Understands the importance of teamwork, family values, and customer experience
- Shares our love for Italian food and genuine hospitality
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred), as the role may involve supporting multiple sites
