Trainee HR Administrator - Carlisle
Role Profile
As our Company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly committed and organised person to join our Human Resource team at our Head office in Carlisle. You will provide Administration support to the team covering a wide range of HR topics.

Main Responsibilities
- Driving licence, photocard licence and car insurance checks
- Gathering training cards and certificates from new starters
- Booking training – e.g. EUSR courses
- Checking return to work/self cert forms are received for all sickness absences and update HR records
- Process leavers
- Process employee probations
- Posting job adverts
- Drafting offer letters
- Requesting references/DBS checks
- Checking new starter paperwork/setting up employees on HR System
- Requesting new starter equipment/IT equipment/ID badges
Working hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm. (will consider part time)
Experience required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Flexible approach to workload and a willingness to learn
- Confident communicator - both verbal and written formats.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with proactive approach.
- Excellent administration skills, with a high attention to detail
