An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Team as an EPR Business Change Analyst . Based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital (with Trust-wide working), the postholder will support the delivery of the Trust’s EPR programme and wider digital transformation, helping to ensure safe and effective adoption of EPR solutions as part of the Trust’s Smarter Care and Smarter Working programmes.
Working closely with clinical, operational and digital colleagues, you will undertake business analysis and business change activity across EPR workstreams. This will include requirements gathering , end-to-end process mapping (AS-IS to TO-BE) , supporting clinical and operational process redesign , and ensuring stakeholders have clarity on roles and responsibilities (e.g., using tools such as RACI ).
You will also support delivery activity such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (including test script development, coordination and results tracking), and contribute to implementation readiness and go-live support—helping users transition confidently to new ways of working and ensuring changes are embedded safely into business as usual.
