Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM workflows, customer records, service updates, and system-related tasks
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and service partners
- Monitor CRM data accuracy, task progress, client updates, and operational reports
- Support customer database improvements, workflow changes, and service documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and CRM performance summaries
- Assist with team coordination, issue tracking, and process improvement
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Support clear communication to keep client service workflows organised and timely
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in CRM management, customer support, digital operations, client services, business systems, or administrative coordination
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with CRM platforms, customer databases, client service teams, or digital tools is an advantage

Pay: £40,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
