Property Maintenance Operative / Handyman / Gardener / General Labourer
Pay: From £100 per day (£13.33+ per hour)
Higher rates are available for individuals who can work independently, lead jobs, drive company vehicles, create content, manage projects, or take on additional responsibilities within the business.
Top performers may earn £150-£200+ per day depending on experience, responsibility, productivity and value provided. Extra Pay would be given to those who don't mind wearing Meta Glasses/Self Filming/Tripod Recording their work for the sake of social media, and uploading the content to dropbox/google drive afterwards.

Expected Hours
10-40 hours per week
As a growing business, we cannot currently guarantee 40 hours every week.
However, hours are expected to become more regular and consistent over time for reliable team members. The more dependable, capable and flexible you are, the more work will typically be available.
Whilst we cannot make guarantees at this stage, we are currently fully booked and actively turning away work due to demand. As the business continues to grow, there is potential for suitable individuals to move towards a more consistent 40-hour working week.
About Us
Sleak Property Services is a growing property maintenance and contracting company working across Blackpool and surrounding areas.
We undertake a wide variety of work including property maintenance, gardening, decorating, renovations, repairs and general contracting work for residential and commercial customers.
No two days are the same. One week you could be decorating a house, the next you could be carrying out garden maintenance, fitting doors, assisting with renovations or helping complete larger property improvement projects.

- Gardening and grounds maintenance

- Pressure washing
- Painting and decorating

- Door hanging
- Fence repairs
- Property repairs and maintenance
- Assisting skilled tradespeople
- Renovation and refurbishment work
- General labouring duties
- Loading and unloading materials
- Keeping work areas tidy and professional

Requirements
- Competent using common hand tools and power tools
- Comfortable using a smartphone
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills

- Physically capable of manual work
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- DBS check required
We do not expect applicants to be experts in every trade. Training, guidance and supervision will be provided where required. However, practical experience and confidence with tools is expected.
Travel
Applicants must have reliable transport and be able to get themselves to either a designated meeting point, company vehicle, or job site.
Transport may occasionally be available when travelling with other team members, however applicants should not expect transport to be provided as part of the role.
The vast majority of our work is local and approximately 99% of jobs are within Blackpool and the surrounding areas, so long-distance travel is rarely required.
