Job Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will support our service users by promoting their independence and enabling them to live happy, fulfilled lives. You will provide personalized, person-centered care that is tailored to each individual's needs, while encouraging them to maintain their skills and personal interests.
We are seeking:
- Experienced carers OR individuals with the right values and a willingness to learn (full training provided).
- Drivers (preferred, but not essential).
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering person-centred care to service users.
- Supporting and enabling individuals to maintain their independence.
- Assisting with daily activities and promoting a positive, fulfilling lifestyle.
- Keeping accurate written records.
- Working collaboratively with the care team to solve problems and adapt to any situation professionally.
