Our nursery is a vibrant, family-feel setting with a connected Little Hooligans Soft Play Centre, giving our children endless opportunities for fun and active learning — and our staff some lovely perks too, we are looking for more staff to join our amazing team as we are expanding!

Summary
We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team at Little Hooligans Soft Play Centre in GB. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional childcare and creating memorable experiences for children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support each child’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can play, learn and thrive.
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress to support individual learning journeys.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and carers, ensuring effective daily communication.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Support children’s personal, social and emotional development, promoting confidence and independence.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, following safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.
- Act as a key person for a small group of children, supporting their learning and well-being.
- Promote equality, inclusion and diversity, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
- Keep up to date with best practice and participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare are preferred.
- Valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
About You
- You hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or higher equivalent).
- You have a genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning, development, and well-being.
- You’re knowledgeable about the EYFS and committed to delivering high-quality care and education.
- You’re a positive, reliable and proactive team player, who can also use your initiative when needed.
- You have strong communication skills, and enjoy building relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- You understand the importance of safeguarding, inclusion, and equal opportunities in an early years setting.
- You’re organised and creative, bringing fun, imaginative ideas to your daily practice.
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred, but we welcome passionate and motivated practitioners looking to grow their career.

Pay: £22,893.75-£33,000.44 per year
